| Ajoy Bose PhD, Chairman, President and CEO |
Dr. Bose founded Atrenta, Inc. in 2001. He began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill, N.J. and spent 12 years in a series of increasingly responsible positions ending as Department Head, Integrated Circuit Design Automation Department. From AT&T, he moved to Cadence Design Systems where he served as Vice President of Engineering. In this role, he managed and led the team that pioneered the Verilog simulation products. Prior to establishing Atrenta, Dr. Bose was founder and president of Software & Technologies, Inc. and Interra, Inc. During his tenure as Chairman and CEO of Interra, Dr. Bose incubated and spun out a number of successful ventures in EDA, Digital Video, and IT services. Dr. Bose received a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, India which recently awarded him the Distinguished Alumni award. He earned his MS and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. |

| Mike Fazeli, Vice President of Strategic Development |

Mike Fazeli is a 27 year veteran of the semiconductor industry. Mike has held a variety of senior management positions at Texas Instruments, including the development of worldwide EDA strategies for TI business units. During his time at TI, Mike led many successful initiatives for TI in the U.S. and Europe to improve design productivity, unify design flows and optimize EDA vendor support. Mike holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. |

| Mike Gianfagna, Vice President of Marketing |
Mike Gianfagna's career spans 3 decades in semiconductor and EDA. Most recently, Mike was vice president of Design Business at Brion Technologies, an ASML company. Prior to that, he was president and CEO for Aprio Technologies, a venture funded design for manufacturability company. Prior to Aprio, Mike was vice president of marketing for eSilicon Corporation, a leading custom chip provider. Mike has also held senior executive positions at Cadence Design Systems and Zycad Corporation. His career began at RCA Solid State, where he was part of the team that launched the company's ASIC business in the early 1980's. He has also held senior management positions at General Electric and Harris Semiconductor (now Intersil). Mike holds a BS/EE from New York University and an MS/EE from Rutgers University. |

| Sushil Gupta, Vice President and Managing Director, India |
Sushil Gupta has over 15 years of experience in engineering and management which spans chip designs, design methodologies and EDA software development. He has held senior positions with Texas Instruments, Cadence Design Systems and Duet Technologies. Most recently, Mr. Gupta was head of Motorola's Design Center in Noida, India, where he was responsible for the design of several multi-million gate SoCs for wireless hand sets. |

| Mo Movahed, Vice President of Engineering |
Mr. Movahed has over 23 years of engineering and management experience in the EDA industry and Internet Application Infrastructure. He previously held key positions at Lattice Semiconductor as Vice President of software engineering, and senior management and research positions at Cadence Design Systems and Xerox Corporation. Mr. Movahed holds a Bachelor's in computer engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master in electronic engineering from the University of Southern California where he worked toward his Ph.D. degree. |

Dr. Murphy has over 25 years experience in design, sales, marketing and business development. He previously held senior positions with Cadence Design Systems, National Semiconductor and Fairchild. Dr. Murphy received both a Bachelor of Arts and D.Phil. in Physics from Oxford University. |

| Rob Roy PhD, Chief of Business Development |
Dr. Roy is a well-recognized entrepreneur in the fields of wireless and VLSI system design. Previously, he was VP of Business Development at SAI Technology, Chief Strategist at Wi2Wi and a senior executive at Avnera, a fabless semiconductor company. He was also a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Strategist at Mobilian Corporation, an advanced wireless connectivity company, which was acquired by Intel Corporation in September 2003. Dr. Roy has also held executive positions at Zenasis Technologies, which was acquired by Open-Silicon in May 2007, and Redpine Signals, where he was the interim CEO. His previous experience includes engineering and management positions at Intel, NEC, and AT&T Bell Labs. He has published extensively in refereed journals and international conferences, and has been awarded three Best Paper Awards. He holds 15 patents. He received his B.Tech (Hons) degree in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology and earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. |

Mr. Schadewitz has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. Most recently, he was vice-president of sales at Cadence Design Systems, where he was responsible for managing the Major Accounts program. Prior to that, he served as vice president of sales at Simplex Solutions Inc. He has also held senior management level positions at Uniscape, Aristo and ASPEC. Mr. Schadewitz holds a BSME from the University of California, Berkeley. |

| Satish Soman, Chief Solutions Architect |
Satish Soman has over 20 years of experience in successfully delivering complex SoC designs at start-ups, medium size and large organizations. During his career, Satish has led 18 successful ASIC/COT projects in multimedia, networking and computing. His expertise spans architecture, design, verification, silicon bring-up and field support. Satish's experience includes hands-on design as well as engineering, supplier and customer management. He has held senior management positions at LSI Logic and Digital Equipment Corporation. Satish also successfully led development teams at start-ups like Nexabit (sold to Lucent for $1B). Satish was VP of Chip Development at Lucent. Satish holds 16 patents. He received his MS in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and BS in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay. |

| Ravi Varadarajan, Atrenta Fellow |
Ravi Varadarajan has over 20 years of experience in the field of Electronic Design Automation and has worked on all aspects of Physical Synthesis and Physical Design. He is the author of over 15 conference papers and journal articles presented at IEEE Conferences. Of these, two have won the best paper award. He has been granted 6 patents in the field of Physical Design and Synthesis. He is also the coauthor of a book on Hierarchical Layout Compaction. He has previously worked as a Senior Architect at Cadence Design Systems, was one of early employees of Tera Systems and at AT&T Bell Laboratories. |
